Why is the AMAs making a line of BTS merchandise?

BTS is making their U.S. television performance debut on the 2017 American Music Awards which will be an unforgettable moment in the group's history. This collection of limited edition merchandise allows the ARMY to remember this moment forever.

Who designed the merchandise?

The merchandise was designed by the American Music Awards in partnership with BTS.

Is this official AMAs and BTS merchandise?

Yes. These are official, licensed products brought to you by BTS and the American Music Awards.

Is there anywhere else I can buy this merchandise?

Nope. This is the one and only official sales point. Any other retailers may be selling you fake merchandise, and we cannot verify the authenticity of any BTSxAMAs products being sold outside of this website.

When will my merchandise ship?

Due to the exclusivity and limited nature of this campaign, orders will ship beginning the middle of December. We appreciate the dedication of the BTS ARMY and can’t wait to see all of you wearing the products.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to all countries, and the shipping charges are added to your shopping cart at the time of your purchase.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Nope, sorry! All purchases are final, and we cannot accommodate requests for changes of any kind once you submit your order. Changes that we cannot make include, but are not limited to, the shipping address, billing information, item, or quantity. Additionally, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges can be made.

Are there any commemorative items other than the ones I see on the site right now?

Nope. The site currently features all items we have and will make available for sale.

I got confirmation that my order shipped, but it has been more than 14 days, and I still haven't received it. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that! Please bear in mind that shipping may take longer based on your location. Please note that you have a maximum of 60 days from the date you submit your order to submit a claim for a lost package. If you think your package is lost, you can call Customer Service at 1-800-224-6049 or email us at CustomerService@ShopAMAs.com.

I just received my order in the mail but it's incorrect, incomplete or damaged. What do I do?
